A: Yes. Nell Stash is established in Malaysia however we do shipping worldwide. We could work out the best postage charges for you when you put your orders with us. We will register your parcel with the courier service to assure that it delivers to your doorstep.
Q: Can I save on postage cost if I order several items?
A: Yes. We will work out the right postage fee for the amount of goods you are ordering from us. You won't be charge extra for the postage.
Q: I have decided on what I want to buy. How do I order my items?

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our products are imported from China through several manufacturers. We pick the best quality from specialized manufacturer.
Q: How do I know if this is a fraud company?
A: Nell Stash is a registered company in Malaysia. Our registration number is 001974224-T. Buyers do not need to worry about making payments without getting their products.
Q: What happens if I did not receive my parcel?
A: Nell Stash delivers its products with postage registration. You will be provided with a tracking number to trace the transition of your parcel. Therefore, your parcel will be guaranteed for arrival to its destination.
Q: WHat is the courier services being used?
A: By regular postage, we will be delivering your products through the national courier service, Pos Malaysia. Special requirement by customer are available upon request for mailing with other courier services, however, all charges are to be bond by the customer.
Q: Can you arrange for COD?
A: Yes, we do cash-on-delivery (COD) for customers who travels to Cheras during the weekend and public holidays. You can dave on the postage charges for your purchases. Arrangements for COD are to be made 24 hours in advance.
Q: Can I random pick the Fimo Nail Cane designs for the wheel box?
A: Yes, we do allow custom selection. Just email us on how you would like to custom made your orders at nellstash@live.com.
Q: If I introduce a friend to buy your products, can I get a discount on my next purchase?
A: We have a scheme call the 'Make a friend with Nell Stash'. It is to reward both you and your friend if you have introduced him/her to purchase our products. All your friend have to do is to mention your name and contact number and we will send out your free gift.
