TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payments are to be made within 3 days after receiving of invoice.
• All parcels will be delivered via Pos Malaysia. Delivery is made every Friday and Monday. For postage within Malaysia, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to arrive at the destination. International postage delivery period vary from country to country, therefore you will be inform when parcel is sent.
• All parcels are registered post. Tracking number will be email to you on every Saturday and Tuesday.
• Damages of goods during delivery are not deem to be responsible by Nell Stash.
• When orders are put wrongly with us, exchange is not allowed if your parcel has been packed. If changes are necessary, there will be a charge of RM2 for repacking. Strictly no changes can be made after parcel has been sent for delivery.
• Colours may vary from photos however quality is assured.
• Cash on deliver (COD) is available in Cheras area during weekends and public holidays only. Appointment is to be made 24 hours in advance.
• Kindly ensure your mailing address sent to us is correct as Nell Stash is not responsible for returned parcel from Pos Malaysia. Buyer is responsible for the extra charges of re-sending of returned parcel.
• All goods prices stated are not inclusive of postage fee.
• There are no additional GST on top of the prices.
• Payment refund will be made to you if goods are out of stock.
• We are open to suggestions. Do let us know your feedback as we can serve you better in future

RETURN POLICY

• Nell Stash assures that goods are in good condition before it is sent for delivery.
• Defective goods will be replaced by Nell Stash provided goods are return within 3 days of receipt. Buyers will need to notify Nell Stash upon returning of goods. Defective goods does not include damages done during delivery.
• Only defective goods above 10% of total orders will be replaced.
• Goods sold are not refundable.
